The SWEDISH MASSAGE is the most common massage performed by our talented team. Apart from anxiety and stress relief it will also remove muscle tension and will improve circulation especially when suffering from jet-lag. It mainly consists of effulage (long soothing strokes) and pertisage known as kneading, (a gambian speciality) depending on yourself it can be soft strokes or firmer strokes. Some people opt for the deep tissue massage, directed at muscles, tendons and the ligaments of the body ,similar to the Swedish Massaage apart from the strokes start agile and become more rigid. This process rejuvinates tired and sore mussels.
SHIATSU is a traditional eastern type of body massage, which mixes deep pressure strokes with soft tissue techniques.
Shiatsu is famous for fatigue reduction and many ailments including sports injuries ,healed broken bones and general poor health,and is a great form of physiotherapy.
